Traditional
IRA Documents and Forms
The
Traditional IRA is a government-sponsored retirement plan for individuals
that accepts contributions of earned income annually or funds from
a former employer's retirement plan. It is generally used for pre-tax
monies.
To
establish a Traditional IRA, you will need to complete the establishment
documents below.
If your account representative charges certain
fees that you wish to have deducted from your account, you will need
to complete the Authorization for Payment of Management/Advisory
Fees.
If you wish to have your cash balance invested
automatically, you'll want to complete the Standing Purchase Instructions
form.
If
you are including a check with your application, you may wish to
complete the Investment Authorization and Contribution
Form as well (please use the second page of the Contribution Form,
called "Rollover Certification," if you are moving employer funds).
If
you are moving your account from another custodian or from an employer's
plan, you will need to complete the
Transfer Form.
